THE RESERVE BANK - INTEGRATED OMBUDSMAN SCHEME, 2021

Grounds of Complaint:

Any customer aggrieved by an act or omission of Chemmanur Credits and Investments Ltd resulting in deficiency in service of the company may file a complaint under the Integrated Ombudsman Scheme personally or through an authorized representative if the Company does not reply to the grievance filed with its Grievance Redressal Officer within a period of one month after receipt of the complaint by the company, or rejects the complaint, or if the complainant is not satisfied with the reply given.

 Procedure for Filing a Complaint (any one mode mentioned below): 

  1. The complaint may be lodged online through the portal https://cms.rbi.org.in
  2. The complaint may be emailed to the Centralized Receipt and Processing Centre through email: crpc@rbi.org.in in format specified by the Reserve Bank of India.
  3. Complaint in physical form shall be submitted in format specified by the Reserve Bank of India, duly signed by the complainant or by the authorized representative to the address:
